Education & Interests
I earned a Master of Science in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University, studying human performance improvement, instructional design, and adult learning theory. I completed a ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rowan University (summa cum laude), focusing on artificial intelligence and computing theory. I was named a “visionary member” of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society and inducted into the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Computer Science honor society.
I also have certificates in Training & Development, Strategic Human Resources, Human Performance Technology, Online Teaching & Learning, and MOOC Design. I earned a certificate in Social Sector Leadership from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
I am currently working toward a MBA from the Gies College of the University of Illinois, an industry-disrupting online program described by Poets & Quants as a "breakthrough".
I'm a big believer in lifelong learning and that skills and knowledge grow (and evolve) over the course of one's life.
